Therapy Services

I offer one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions for adults, children and young people. My approach is warm, collaborative and practical focused on helping you better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can make meaningful changes in your life.

I work with a range of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety (health anxiety, social anxiety, panic, OCD)

  • Low mood and depression

  • Eating disorders and body image concerns

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Emotion regulation difficulties

  • Self-esteem and confidence issues

  • Neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD and autism)

I also have experience supporting families affected by eating disorders.

  • Cost: £60-£85 (depending on your presenting difficulties, appointment time and financial circumstances)
