A free 15-minute phone or video call to briefly talk through what you’re looking for and see if CBT feels like the right fit for you.

2. Initial Assessment
Your first full session is an assessment: A chance to explore your difficulties in more depth, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and think together about what you’d like to focus on in therapy. We’ll also discuss how many sessions might be helpful for you.
